We are a premier training center in  Naperville, Illinois. We offer Boxing, Kickboxing, MMA and general fitness classes. We also offer private lessons and off-season athletic training for adults/youth.

What to Expect

  • We challenge you, but within your level – we increase intensity as you improve
  • All classes start with a cardio warm up and stretching session
  • All classes end with a proper cool-down and final stretch
  • Ramy’s great music selection to keep you motivated

What to Bring

  • You’re going to sweat so wear appropriate layers
  • Your water bottle – we have also beverages available for purchase in case you forget (e.g. water and coconut water)

Class Descriptions


Coach: Ramy Daoud

This class will help you learn the “sweet science” of boxing in a safe and fun environment.  Good technique, form, defensive habits and fundamentals are stressed.  Students will learn to defend against punches while delivering their own.  Boxing is one of the best workouts for weight loss, self defense, or anyone looking for a fun new hobby!  We work combinations, footwork and even do some light (and controlled) sparring.  Our PSE boxing coaches will have you in championship shape in no time!

Our kickboxing sessions are a blend of Muay Thai, Boxing & Karate. Learn to punch, kick, elbow and knee your way to better health and a better you. We stress self defense principles, correct movement and good technique above all else. Not only is kickboxing great for self defense or those that wish to one day compete, it is one of the most effective workouts in existence! We are proud to have a kickboxing program that is headed by Coach Jaime Garza, who has over 30 years of experience in the martial arts.

Women’s Boxing

No boys allowed! Our women’s boxing class is taught by our very own Coach Tawny Underwood. This session will teach women how to defend themselves properly while getting in the best shape of their lives. Expect high energy music and a high energy session! Not only will you learn how to box from a coach with competitive boxing experience, you will get toned, healthy and happy from the challenging workout Tawny puts you through! Women only during this session so that you may train in a comfortable environment.
